Cruise into Our Past

Take a cruise while learning the history of St. Petersburg. With John Wilson, anchor at WTVT Channel 13, as narrator, this evening will evoke the history of our beautiful city. The Caribbean Queen will depart from the St. Petersburg Pier at 5pm and will return at 7pm.

How about a High Tea with your daughter, granddaughter, or niece and fortune telling by the Queen of Hearts. Don't miss this historic way to celebrate mother's day. White gloves and hats will add to this elegant occasion.

 

October 20 (tentative)

The St. Petersburg Museum of History will host an appraisal forum on October 20, between 12pm and 5pm.

Five professional experts will donate their time to make the Appraisal Forum possible. Evaluations will be available in the following categories: Fine Arts (paintings, sculptures, and prints), American and European china, porcelain, and glassware, jewelry, books, antique weaponry, dolls and toys, furniture, silver, enamels, kitsch, antiques and collectibles.

A fee of $5 per appraised item will be charged. Proceeds will be used towards future museum exhibitions and education programs.
